How to play How Well Do You Know Me online
- Start a room, pick a question pack (Couples, Us, Future, Everyday, Friends or Deep), and send the link to the person you want to play.
- Each round shows one question with four answers. Pick the one that is true for you, then guess which one they picked.
- You both answer at the same time. Neither of you can see the other's answer until you have locked in your own, so there is no copying.
- When you have both locked in, the round is revealed: what they said, what you guessed, and the same the other way round.
- You score a point for every answer of theirs you guessed right. After the last round, whoever knew the other better wins.
- Rematch deals a fresh set of questions from the same pack.
Why How Well Do You Know Me works over a distance
Long-distance couples ask for this one more than any other. Every reveal starts a conversation ("you really thought I'd pick the beach?"), and you end up talking about the answers for way longer than it took to give them.
It works best on a call. Put each other on video or speaker, open the room in your browser, and play through ten questions together. A game takes about five minutes, and the Deep pack turns it into the kind of conversation that's easy to skip when you only get an hour on the phone.
Answers are sealed on the server until you have both locked in, so the only way to get one right is to actually know them. The Friends pack keeps it light for a best friend, a sibling or a group chat that wants to settle who knows who best.

Questions
- Is this a good game for long-distance couples?
- Yes, I wrote it with them in mind. The Couples pack is about date nights, visits, love languages and the things you miss. Us is about the two of you, Future is about where you're headed, and Everyday is the small stuff you only learn by living together. Every reveal gives you something to talk about.
- Can my partner see my answer before they choose?
- No. Your answer stays on the server until they have locked in theirs. Nothing about your pick reaches their screen early.
- How many questions are there?
- A hundred and twenty, twenty in each of six packs. Couples, Us, Future and Everyday are for partners, Friends is for anyone, and Deep goes further. A game uses five, ten or fifteen from one pack, picked at random, and a rematch deals a fresh set.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, so you can play in one tab while you talk in another app.
- Can I play it on my own?
- No. It only works with a real person on the other end. Every other game in the arcade has a solo mode if you want one.
